FRN COO Honored as a "Pioneer"
The Tennessee Suicide Prevention Network (TSPN) recently presented Foundations Recovery Network COO Rob Waggener with its Pioneer Award. The statewide organization responsible for implementing the Tennessee Strategy for Suicide Prevention presented Waggener with the award in recognition of his outstanding contributions in advancing the Tennessee Strategy for Suicide Prevention.
TSPN currently works to eliminate the stigma of suicide and educate communities through organizing and promoting regular regional activities, providing suicide prevention and crisis intervention training and conducting counseling sessions for organizations after suicides occur.
Waggener recently moved from his position as CEO at La Paloma, a Foundations Recovery Network (FRN) diagnosis treatment center in Memphis, Tenn., to take the position of COO at FRN's corporate office in Brentwood, Tenn. FRN also oversees three California treatment centers: Sausalito-based Alta Mira, Malibu's The Canyon, and Michael's House, located in Palm Springs. Foundations Recovery Network provides a full scope of services to meet the needs of persons with co-occurring conditions, and its programs have some of the lowest dropout rates in the industry. |
